So I don't think we will stay at that hotel as I previously mentioned. There were some pretty bad reviews for it, like paper-thin wall and that it wasn't close to much. So we are still trying to find a cheap hotel on the Strip near to things. I only want one with a pool so I can tan during the day for a bit, and for it to be fairly closer to things. I don't care about the look of the room, just that it's clean.. Argh, it's so hard to choose.
I'm going to the gym everyday I'm off work this week. (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs)... I hope I can make it! LOL I left my car in the driveway, so that might motivate myself to go.. other than that, I haven't been there in a week and a half, so I gotta find ways to get myself going again. This trip is making me at least try to go..
I finished reading my "Skinny Bitch" book, it was a laugh and I loved it... I'm gonna try to get back into being a Vegetarian or part-vegan. I know it's not a problem to give up meat, it's dairy that's the problem lol..... It just made me sick thinking of all the crap that's even in good food that we eat. Like all the cancer causing chemicals that go into basically everything, so sick!! =/ Today is day one, so wish me luck! lmao
I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week for 3 hours at a time since the beginning of Feb... But I don't seem to have any results yet.
I kinda love going, which is really surprising, lol.. but I want results. It's making me frustrated. LOL
My usual routine varies from day to day. I do the elliptical for 5 minutes first, to get my heart rate up.. then I hit the weight machines. Go to mostly all of them.. lol Do that for about an hour or two, then I get on the bike for 1 full hour (+ 5 mins). If I have time left I just do random weight machines or finish more of the bike.
It does get me really tired after, and achy (the next day I feel it).. but I need more. I'd hate to deprive myself of food, because I LOVE food sooo much. But I think that might be the only way I could even lose weight...
The last time I lost a bunch of weight was the time I was so unhappy I wouldn't eat and if I did it was very little... And I ate salads. I might need to adjust my eating habits. I just don't really know how to give up what I love.. lol!!
I need to kick myself lol... Oh I was also wondering if anyone knows any supplements or diet-type pills that will help weight loss and boost my metabolism ??
