all those supplements and diet pillsa re really just a bunch of hooey!

For me I found adjusting my eating helped. I love salads, but I add a ton of good stuff tothem like dried cranberries, and nuts and I tend to let myself have a nice dressing if I want it. You might like to try out nutridiary.com or sparkpeople, both are free and motivating. Spark people has somedran good recipes as well.

You also might want to add one more short day at the gym. I find I need at least 4 days a week if I want to see lots of results. Good Luck!

thank you for your advice!! Those are some useful sites, I will have to check those ones out. I love cranberries, so I might just have to try that too!

man that sounds like something i would eat out of my back yard!!! veg is the way to go! but you still need the iron from meat! pork..loin and beef is the best! lean and made in ways you can deal! go here!
